Ms. Fish video taped classroom exercises and student presentations at participating schools as the Getting the Media Message project unfolded. Video footage of classroom activities were compiled and edited and used to create a project video that supplements curriculum materials.
 
 

Louise Fish is an award winning photographer who worked for theThe Athens Messenger newspaper. She has a BFA in Visual Communications from Ohio University and is studying for an MFA in Film Production. In addition to Getting the Media Message, she is conducting a media literacy project through which elementary school students narrate and film their own stories.
