The Academic Calendar and System Committee is seeking your input regarding the academic calendar, quarters and semesters.
1. The Academic CalendarWe have been asked to consider possible changes to the academic calendar—that is, when we begin the academic year, when we end the academic year, and when we have breaks. As you all know, currently we begin in early September, have a long break in the winter, and end around mid-June. We want to know what you think is most important when it comes to the academic calendar.
